Job Overview

Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects in the DRC, ensuring compliance, cost control, and timely execution. This is a client-facing role requiring relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, supply chain) to deliver compliant projects.

Monitor construction progress and ensure design standards are applied.

Provide technical expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability.

Produce formal project status reports and forecast key milestones.

Identify business development and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Language Skills: Must speak both English and French.

Skilled in MS Office and construction management platforms (D365 experience a plus).
