TEMESA Announces 6 Regional Manager Positions - Applications Deadline February 20

the Tanzania Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Technical Services Agency (TEMESA) , the President's Office - Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) invites applications from Tanzanians with qualifications, professionalism, integrity and a passion for work to fill six (6) job positions as follows:

1. Position: Regional Manager – 6 Positions

Job Responsibilities

Manage the operation of regional activities effectively and ensure services are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Manage work resources including equipment, tools and machinery without generating unnecessary costs.

Improve customer service by ensuring complaints are dealt with quickly.

Lead and supervise managers and administrative staff.

Prepare and manage the regional budget based on productive spending.

Coordinate training for technical staff to increase skills.

Collaborate with technical teams to improve service delivery.

Seeking business opportunities and expanding the scope of TEMESA services within the relevant region.

Building good relationships with stakeholders, communities and local authorities.

Prepare regional performance reports regularly.

Perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.

Applicant Qualifications

The applicant must have:

Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:

Business (Finance/Marketing), Finance, Economics, Statistics, Public Administration, or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical).

Engineering applicants must be registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) as a Professional Engineer.

Work experience of at least 8 years in a relevant field.

A Master's degree related to a Bachelor's degree is an added advantage. TMSS 10
