Dar es Salaam, February 10, 2025 — Samsung Electronics East Africa has officially launched two new Brand Stores in Kunduchi and Ubungo, as part of a strategy to expand its investment in Tanzania and strengthen its competitiveness in the technology and retail markets.

The stores are designed to bring together mobile and home electronics products under one roof, aiming to provide customers with a hands-on experience of a product system that works together. Through the arrangement, customers have the opportunity to see, try out and understand how smartphones, tablets, TVs, wearables and home appliances can be connected to simplify everyday activities.

He said the stores provide an opportunity for customers to experience first-hand how Samsung technology can bring productivity to communications, entertainment and home use.

Unlike traditional retail stores, the new stores are larger and specifically designed to showcase the company's wide range of products. In addition to sales, they offer expert advice, product demonstrations, access to original accessories, and after-sales service through Samsung-trained and certified staff.
