Job Summary

Santabay Studio is a local start-up agency specializing in ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing. We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator with strong skills in graphic design, photography, and videography. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that strengthens brand identity, supports marketing campaigns, and engages target audiences across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

1. Design marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and advertisements
2. 
   
3. Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
4. 
   
5. Edit and optimize designs for digital and print use

Photography

1. Capture high-quality photos for products, events, campaigns, and corporate use
2. Edit and retouch photos to professional standards
3. Manage and organize photo libraries

Videography

1. Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing, social media, promotions, and storytelling
2. Create short-form and long-form video content (reels, ads, interviews, documentaries, etc.)
3. Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound, and basic animations where required

Content & Collaboration

1. Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop creative concepts
2. Support content planning and campaign execution
3. Stay updated with current design, photography, and video trends

Qualifications & Skills

1. Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, Photography, or a related field.
2. Note: Skills and talent are our top priority. 
3. Proven experience as a Content Creator, Graphic Designer, Photographer, or Videographer
4. Proficiency in design and editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, or equivalent)
5. Strong creative eye, storytelling skills, and attention to detail
6. Ability to operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
8. Good communication and teamwork skills
