Nad Insurance Agency , the country's leading insurance agency, in collaboration with CRDB Bank , has announced a major job opportunity for 1,000 youth across the country. This is a strategic initiative aimed at promoting financial inclusion and providing employment to qualified Tanzanians.

Job Responsibilities:

The young people who will get these positions will have two main responsibilities to support the growth of banking services:

Creating CRDB PAY HERE: Registering merchants so they can receive payments digitally through the CRDB system.

Opening a New Account: Helping new customers join CRDB Bank services wherever they are.

Applicant Criteria and Qualifications

To be successful in obtaining this position, you must have the following qualifications:

Education: 

• From Form IV onwards.

Documents: 

• Have a NIDA ID or Voter ID.

Equipment: 

• Have a Smartphone for performing digital tasks.

Personal Qualities: 

• Be honest, hardworking, and self-motivated.

Work Area

These positions are available in all regions of Tanzania . This means you can work from your region without having to travel far.
